Amongst my many shelves of UFO's there are also many un-started objects too.
One of the many is a fabric flamingo pattern by Melly and Me.
At last she has made it out of the dark and into the light, about three times larger than I was expecting!
Her body, legs and wings are made from a cotton Ikea pillowcase and the pantaloons from a bit of *best* quilting fabric.
Her finished length is approx 80cm from feather to foot so now the challenge will be finding her somewhere to live.

How fabulous is that. She made me laugh. Absolutely wonderful. I should hang her on a door. She would make me smile every time I saw her.
