Hello, hello,
As I don't write much on my blog, and as you can see I am 9 days late for my latest MinN post, it came as a bit of a shock to see that I had missed out September too.
I was sure I had done it. I checked my laptop, iPad and iPhone to see if it appeared on any of them as obviously it must be a technology error not a human one. Only when I came to write it out again did HannahBananahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09287810989444563286noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8392556041594179311.post-22629529491688773742014-10-01T08:00:00.000+01:002014-11-09T15:43:23.837+00:00September month in numbers...
If you are regular reader of my blog then you will be familiar with my monthly numerical blog posts if not you should pop over to Julie's blog; the originator of the 'Month in numbers' meme to discover what it's all about.
September is a month I both love and loath; it symbolises the start of a new [school] year and brings with it the joy of new pencil cases and stationary and also the changeHannahBananahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09287810989444563286noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8392556041594179311.post-67673524009628052312014-09-01T08:00:00.000+01:002014-09-01T08:00:01.237+01:00August month in numbers...
Hello, hello. Another month has gone by and its time for another statistical round up.
This month should be full of days out and ice creams eaten but as I look back over the month it seems to be a lot more 'job' related in one way or another.
10 = The number of days of August that Mum & Dad the 'wonder kitchen fitters' were still here working on my kitchen. That made a grand total HannahBananahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09287810989444563286noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8392556041594179311.post-62345999971132202042014-08-01T08:00:00.000+01:002014-08-08T18:33:33.980+01:00July month in numbers...
Well better late than never. 7 days late to be precise even if I did try and alter the publishing date for the sake of continuity!
July has been a somewhat hectic month mostly overtaken by holiday type activities [i.e. not doing very much at all] and installing [or trying to] a new kitchen.

Summer is here and I have spent quite a few days in the garden both enjoying the sun and digging out the weeds. The borders are looking lovely and the 5 tomato plants I put in last month are growing at a rate of knots.
With another month crossed off the calender it's time for a numerical round up courtesy of Julie's Month in Numbers meme so here we go.
2 = The number of 'chuff chuffs' [HannahBananahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09287810989444563286noreply@blogger.com3tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8392556041594179311.post-31741824902457092332014-06-01T19:05:00.001+01:002014-06-01T19:05:22.739+01:00May month in numbers...
We should be heading into Spring now according to the months that are whizzing by but as of yet we've had a limited number of sunny days.
There have been a few other numbers of note this month though to here we go...
1: The number of serious thunderstorms. The skies turned black one tea time and the rain came down followed by some serious thunder and lightening.
2: The number of HannahBananahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09287810989444563286noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8392556041594179311.post-7694231844656941412014-05-01T08:00:00.000+01:002014-05-01T08:00:02.598+01:00April month in numbers...
Spring is on its way and April has had its fair share of showers but there have also been a host of other, none weather related things brightening up this month.
3 = The number of afternoon teas that I have been to. 1 in Yorkshire, 1 in Carlisle and 1 in Workington. Another 31 days gone by and here I am rounding up my monthly numbers...
2: The number of nights that my parents stayed over this month on a visit. 2 is also the number of kitchens we went to look at and the number of rolls of wallpaper bought for said kitchen.
4: The number of nights spent in Barcelona; my favourite city in the world. Hello hello! A new year is upon us and a month of it has whizzed by already despite the days feeling like they have been dragging on forever with the dark mornings and miserable weather.
I suppose that I should really start this post with the number 5 as it has been 5 months since I last updated this blog. Shocking I know. I will try to do better.
1: The number of fake Christmases in HannahBananahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09287810989444563286noreply@blogger.com5tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8392556041594179311.post-9630467145071845492013-09-01T17:13:00.002+01:002013-09-01T17:13:49.984+01:00August month in numbers...
Hello, hello and welcome to another numerical round up of the past month. Boo-hoo to August being gone. The weather has changed and I have gone back to work. I would very much like to know who stole my summer holidays!
While the month seems to have whizzed by I have managed to squeeze quite a lot into it.
3: The number of days I attended craft fairs selling my wares. 1 day was in HannahBananahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09287810989444563286noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8392556041594179311.post-89410661252494925432013-08-03T19:37:00.003+01:002013-08-05T11:03:05.656+01:00July month in numbers...
Ok, Ok I know I'm late again. I would like to blame the fact that it is the summer holidays and I have been far too busy relaxing enjoying the sunshine but this is not the case. I have been squirreling away in my craft room making *stuff* for my first craft fair of the year.
Guess what? It was today, hence the spare time to now complete July's MIN post. So here we go what numerical statistics HannahBananahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09287810989444563286noreply@blogger.com3tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8392556041594179311.post-13697083102149482242013-07-02T18:23:00.000+01:002013-07-02T18:23:33.908+01:00June month in numbers...
Good evening blog readers, another month has whizzed by and for a second time I am late with my month in numbers so without further ado here are the numerical stats for this month...
1: The number of new laptops Mum and Dad bought me for a birthday pressie after my last one gave up the ghost. It operates on Windows 8. Let me tell you it's taken a bit of getting used to. Still not sure HannahBananahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09287810989444563286noreply@blogger.com4tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8392556041594179311.post-62415235420125894862013-06-12T20:38:00.000+01:002013-07-02T18:25:50.386+01:00May month in numbers...Hello fellow MinN friends. I know I am a little late with this months post.
12 days to be precise. It's because my faithful 7 year old laptop appeared with this error at the end of the month:
STOP: c000021a {Fatal error}. Oh dear, it was the blue screen of death and yes that is the correct technical term. So off to the local laptop doctor it went and the news was not good. Another 30 days have gone by bringing us to the end of April, and hopefully all the showers it brings with it! The end of the month also signals the time for a Month in Numbers round up - the meme of Julie Kirk of 'Notes on Paper' fame. If you are unfamiliar with the numerical round up then pop over to Julie's dedicated MinN section on her blog here to find out more about the concept and maybe HannahBananahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09287810989444563286noreply@blogger.com8tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8392556041594179311.post-2777421577411917022013-03-31T08:00:00.000+01:002013-03-31T08:00:03.332+01:00March month in numbers...
Another month has whizzed by and brought with it the time to round up my numerical statistics which seem to be hotch potch selection this month...
11: The number of photos needed to be taken in order to get a half decent picture of Baggers. She is camera shy and definitely knows when you have the camera pointed in her direction!
1: The number of days HannahBananahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09287810989444563286noreply@blogger.com3tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8392556041594179311.post-76980896585053350122013-02-28T08:00:00.000+00:002013-02-28T08:00:03.880+00:00February month in numbers...
Another 1 month gone in just 28 days so it must mean that it's time for another 'month in numbers' round up.
It's been a busy numerical month this time round.
8 pancakes made. 4 for me and 4 for Hugh. I went with the traditional syrup, lemon and sugar whereas Hugh experimented with crazy things like jam. Jam, on a pancake?! It's just not right.
2. The number of fires made at Hugh's HannahBananahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09287810989444563286noreply@blogger.com3tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8392556041594179311.post-62408505044107956042013-01-31T08:00:00.000+00:002013-01-31T08:00:20.522+00:00January month in numbers...
Thirty one days gone in what seems like five minutes. A good start to a numerical themed post right? Christmas now seems like a distant memory and the new pjs have had more than one outing.
So, what other numbers have I encountered this month?
9st 6lb - My weight at the start of the month. Still need to stay away from the pies if I am to fit in my wedding dress.
-4. The coldest HannahBananahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09287810989444563286noreply@blogger.com5tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8392556041594179311.post-39458049847570170332013-01-04T12:18:00.000+00:002013-01-04T12:18:09.608+00:00New year; old project...
Way
back in January 2012 I introduced a new monthly challenge. Mr.
Word Bird. Unfortunately like all best laid plans he fell by the wayside
after 4 months.
Until
now.
Generally
January fills me with the gumption to complete any unfinished objects or UFOs
as they are known. And so with my renewed crafty enthusiasm I caught up with 8
months of Word Birdieness in two days.

Hello, hello,
I seem to have neglected my *real* crafting lately however I have been pottering around on my laptop.

Another month has passed me by and again it is time to round up my month in numbers.

The second of the bi-monthly challenges for April, over on the Gothic Arches blog was to create a piece of work using a photo and or a digital image.

Hello blogland,
I have missed you. In fact I have missed you so much that my first number this month is influenced by my recurrent inability to blog regularly.
0 - The number of posts [other than this one] written in April. Whoops.

I have been hankering after a K&co Smash book for a while. Strange that slick advertising and idea of sticking bits in a notebook should appeal to me. Well maybe not so strange.
